1. Who these terms are with

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [to be added once the company is registered], a Romanian SRL, registration number [to be added once the company is registered], registered office at [to be added once the company is registered] ("PM Habit", "we", "us"). They govern your use of www.pmhabit.com and any content or features we offer there.

2. The service

PM Habit offers short, practical learning snippets for product managers, unlocked on the site and, once our snippet emails start, delivered by email. Your access to snippets is tied to your account and, in some cases, to your reading streak, as described on the site. Email courses are planned and not yet available.

PM Habit is currently free. A paid plan is planned but not yet available; these Terms will be updated with pricing, billing and refund terms before it launches.

3. Your account

• You sign in with a one-time code we email to you. Some of our emails will also contain links that open a snippet and sign you in. We never ask for or store a password.
• You are responsible for keeping access to the email address you signed up with, because that is where your codes and links arrive.
• You must give an accurate email address and keep it up to date.
• One account per person. Don't share your codes or sign-in links in a way that lets others read without their own account.

4. Acceptable use

When using PM Habit, you agree not to:

• scrape, systematically copy or republish our content for commercial redistribution;
• try to get around accounts, streaks or access to snippets (for example, by sharing or publishing sign-in links);
• create accounts or request codes or emails by automated means;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or in a way that could disable, overload or impair it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

5. Content and intellectual property

All snippets, frameworks and other content on PM Habit belong to [to be added once the company is registered] or are licensed to us, and are provided for your personal, professional use. You may reference and apply what you learn in your own work. You may not republish, resell or use the content to build a competing product without our written permission.

6. Emails

Today we email you only to send sign-in codes. Once our snippet emails start, signing up means you will receive the snippet emails for your plan, and every one will include an unsubscribe link. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

7. No warranty

PM Habit is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, and we may change, pause or end features (including specific snippets or email schedules).

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, [to be added once the company is registered] is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of PM Habit. Because PM Habit is currently free, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the free service is limited to [amount to be confirmed].

9. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update these Terms as PM Habit changes, most notably when a paid plan launches. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, tell active readers by email.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using PM Habit at any time; to close your account, write to hello@pmhabit.com. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [city to be confirmed].
